Return & Refund Policy

How to Return or Exchange:

  1. The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition.
  2. Unit must be in like-new condition and returned in original packaging with all original accessories, and other components. CG Ikhlas reserves the right to reject any refund request if the product is received damaged or if any accessories or other original components are missing.
  3. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, our customer service representative will contact you within 3-7 Days after the confirmation.
  4. If a discount code or coupon code was used at the time of purchase, the discounted amount that you originally paid will be refunded only (not the full retail product price).
  5. We ask that you are responsible for all shipping & tracking costs for returns & exchanges.
  6. Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to the
    customer via ground shipment.

    CG Ikhlas reserves the right to reject a return, a refund, warranty claim or consumer guarantee claim if consumers:

    • Change their mind about a product.
    • Caused the fault by using the product in an abnormal way.
    • Damage the product by making alterations not performed by us.

    Return For Warranty Policy 

    1. Warranty policy is in accordance with the terms and conditions of its respective suppliers.
    2. Physical damage and software issues is not cover under warranty.
    3. Working products found incompatible with customer’s PC or Notebook will not be entitled for any exchange.
    4. Warranty On All Products Sold Is Considered Null And Void Under Any One Of The Following Conditions
      – Misuse, Mishandling, Natural Disaster Or Unauthorized Disassembly.
      – Burn Mark Or Any Physical Defect/Damage Caused By End User Or During Deliver / Postage / Courier. Modification, Personal Repair Or Excessive Over Clocking Resulting Malfunction.
    5. Kindly email or contact us before shipping anything back to us, so that we can provide you with complete return instructions.
    6. Please Keep Any Purchase Receipt For Warranty Purposes. CG Ikhlas Sdn Bhd Holds To The Right To Reject Any Claim Without The Presence Of Purchase Receipt.
